a pain while I am pedaling...i am a cyclist. I use clipless pedals when i am cycling. the problem is the pain i feel at the bottom of smallest toe's metatarsal bone (very close to cuboid bone) when i am pedaling. Its just the right leg though. I dont think its from the certain kind of pedals because i have ridden different bikes and different pedals But the pain is still there. I changed the saddle position, too. it did not work. I think there is a big amount of pressure goes there independently whatever pedal i use. I thought about that but i could not find the answer. I would appreciate if you give me an answer on that.
Sponsored LinksRe: a pain while I am pedaling...There is an enormous amount of pressure in this area when cycling. You may even have a stress fracture in this area because a lot of tendons insert in this location. Hopefully the area is just inflammed which can be treated conservatively. Also, bring your cycling shoes to the podiatrist and ask for orthotics to be made that fit inside your shoes. These orthotics will help keep weight away from the outside of your foot. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
