Bladder Neck Obstruction Cause of BPHDoes anyone know the best way (least invasive) to remove prostate tissue that has expanded into the bladder neck? I have a large prostate and have had a large prostate for years. I had a TUMT to reduce prostate size (which was very successful) and take Avodart, but a recent ultrasound showed an intrusion of one of the prostate lobes into the bladder.
My prostate is substantially less volume than earlier (shrinking slowly), so previous ultrasounds and cyctoscopies must have missed this. At the last ultrasound they used a dye injected into my penis, probably this was what made the intruding tissue so visible. Any advice will be sincerely appreciated. See my post on "Living with BPH Stories" for more information on my condition. Thanks!
