BPH

I was diagnosed with BPH many years ago. I get up 2-3 times a night. My ejaculations, though, were fairly normal, until recently. Lately, I feel discomfort bordering on pain while ejaculating. And afterwards, when I sit down, I feel pain in my perineal area, like something is creating pressure in my rectum. Any thoughts?

If it were me, I think I would talk to your urologist about this. It might be something as simple as
prostatitis, but I don't want to speculate here too much. I've had the same thing in the past and it
isn't fun. Better to get it checked out to rule out anything nasty.
