Breast Cancer

HI I am a 33 yo mother of four, rt abnormal breast lump, sick 18 months, enlarged lymph(everywhere),spleen,liver,abnormal chest x-ray, labs normal except a positive ana (digital)mammo, (digital) ultasound negetive. My docter is going to remove it anyway,its large(a wee bit bigger than a walnut). My question is wouldnt it have been better if the radiologist had seen somthing? I am totally freaked that this lump cannot be seen? nothing poof not even a cyst. Also my symtoms have progressivly gotten worse over the past two weeks, my surgery is schedualed for oct 27, I am afraid my statis has changed since my P.A.T. I did tell my MD and he said that "we have to get it out"
